Wayne Van Wyk
Wayne van Wyk is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry. In his field he has held senior management positions while supporting and working with highly functional development teams in the educational software and telecommunications industries. Engaging his entrepreneurial spirit, he recently left the high tech world and opened his own company.
As a leader, Wayne understands the demanding expectations and challenges that are faced each and every day by all people, at all levels and in all industries. The fast moving, highly competitive tech industry has seen Wayne leverage the strengths of this teams to take advantage of opportunities that would help them perform and grow. He has done so while providing them with the necessary tools to grow and develop their own teams as well.
Based in the Ottawa area, Wayne holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC).
As a coach Wayne’s signature presence is calm, genuine and authentic. Building a high trust relationship allows Wayne to challenge clients and to ask them the tough questions knowing that they are coming from a place where he believes will allow them to take their game to the next level.

Feedback is a gift. 360° Feedback is a process of receiving confidential, anonymous feedback from people who work around you. Employing a coach approach at all levels of the 360° Feedback process, the feedback will be so much richer than a traditional survey based approach.
